The laboratory of Nuclear Astrophysics (NAL) was established in 2012 by Prof. Dr. S.B. Dubovichenko. The laboratory is aimed at studying thermonuclear processes in the Universe, and, specifically, the basic and additional processes of the Carbon-Nitrogen-Oxygen (CNO) cycle in the Sun and stars. The laboratory had won several grants from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
