We inform potential consumers of water supply services from the Fesenkov Astrophysical Institute (FAI) that Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 9, 2026, No. 254-VIII, amended Clause 5 of Article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Natural Monopolies,” effective July 12, 2026.
In accordance with these amendments, applications for technical specifications for connection to the networks of a natural monopoly entity or for increasing the scope of a regulated service and the issuance of their review results are accepted through the State Corporation “Government for Citizens,” the “digital government” web portal, the digital system of the authorized body, or the automated digital system of the state urban planning cadastre (ADS SUC). Submitting applications through the office of the natural monopoly entity (FAI) is no longer possible.
