Chingis T. Omarov has been appointed as the president of the National Center of Space Research and Technology (NCSRT), JSC.
Rashit R. Valiullin has been assigned as the acting director of Fesenkov Astrophysical Institute of NCSRT, JSC.
An international collaboration which includes Fesenkov Astrophysical Institute has reported in the journal Nature that optical rays and not just X-rays provide reliable observational data for black hole activity.
